2. Download the forms below, sign, and return to Mrs. Smith with the appropriate fees to hold your lesson spot:
    

   • ​Registration for ​​2021 - 2022 Piano Year

   • 2021 - 2022 Contract Agreement
      

3. Make sure to bring along any prior lesson materials (if you have taken lessons previously), and be ready to make some joyful noise!​
